If you need help with Connection Games, found a bug, or want to suggest a feature, please get in touch by email.

Best information to include

• Your device model
• Your iOS or iPadOS version
• The app version or TestFlight build number, if you know it
• Which game you were playing: Hex, Atoll, or Y
• Whether the issue happened in local play or online play
• Whether the app came from the App Store, TestFlight, or a direct Xcode install
• A short description of what happened
• Clear steps to reproduce the issue, if you can reproduce it
• A screenshot, if one helps explain the problem

Online play issues

• Which device had the issue
• Whether the issue involved invites, matchmaking, chat, reminders, or turn sync
• Whether both players were on the same app build
